Definition Paul Chirstensen was the master of the Prinzen of Augustenberg that was formerly the English ship James Sibbald (James Basden commanding) bound from Clacutta to Bombay, taken by a French privateer 16 November 1804 and sent to Mauritius, but now bound from Bengal to Calcutta under Danish colours; seized on 29 January 1808 by HMS Modeste (George Elliott commanding) and brought into the River Houghey, Calcutta.en
